This ignited a passion to develop technologies with a direct impact on patient outcomes, a commitment I carry into every project as if a family member might one day rely on the technology we develop.
With a comprehensive background spanning software development, medical devices, Clinical Information Systems, Clinical Informatics, and Clinical Automation, I've navigated the entire software engineering process life cycle. Embracing the role of a Certified ScrumMaster, I guide clients in focusing on the intrinsic value their products bring, grounded in the belief that realistic planning is key to project success.

What began as a childhood dream of becoming a doctor evolved into a career dedicated to developing groundbreaking medical technologies.
As the Operations Officer and Co-Founder of Engentium, I bring a wealth of experience in upstream concept/feasibility development to downstream manufacturing/production processes. Our company, specializing in engineering consulting in the bio space, is founded on the core principle of being quality-driven. This means prioritizing meticulous documentation, designing for manufacturability, and adhering to the best engineering practices. I firmly believe that maintaining the highest standards of quality is not just a commitment but the cornerstone of success in the ever-evolving landscape of medical device and biotech development.

Product Development Officer, Co-Founder
Darryl Donovan
I am an accomplished and driven product development professional with extensive experience in engineering design, project management, and new product development from concept to launch in multiple industries.
My track record of success includes developing products at Illumina, Invetech, and Abbott. I've been the technical lead as well as individual contributor on a wide array of complex projects for the diagnostics industry. My responsibilities have also included overseeing and driving program leads to develop novel multiplexing point of care platforms that were delivered on-time and within budget.
I bring to Engentium my proven leadership, strong technical background, problem-solving methodologies, and business acumen to provide a holistic approach to solving a diverse range of problems for our clients.
